Q: Can I come to your location to purchase items?

A: To purchase Luminiz products in Ontario, we have a dedicated network of distributors who stock our products and are happy to help with your enquiries. Please visit the Distributor page to find a store near you.

Q: Do Luminiz products have any warranty?

A: Yes all Luminiz products have a warranty of either 3 years or 5 years depending on the standards they meet. 3 years for ETL or UL and 5 years for Energy Star and DLC. Warranties can be redeemed at the original point of purchase where a valid receipt is presented. For more information visit our Terms and Conditions of Sale page.

A: Yes we are here to help. Please send us an email at info@luminiz.com with as much information as possible including pictures or video so we can review and get back to you. If it is not clear from the pictures, please include the model number so we can better assist you.
